Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Welcome to Photo Perfector! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read carefully.


1. Services Provided

PhotoPerfector offers the following professional image post-production services:
E-commerce & Commercial Product Editing

Optimized for platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy, and DTC websites—focused on clarity, consistency, and conversion.

  • E-commerce and Product Photo Editing

  • Background Removal / Change

  • Ghost Mannequin / Invisible Mannequin + Neck‑Joint

  • Image Masking / Clipping Path

  • Shadow & Reflection Creation

  • Color Correction & Color Grading (for consistent brand visuals)

  • Color Variation / Color Change Services (e.g. multiple SKUs)

  • Product Retouch / Product Photography Retouching

  • Jewelry Retouching (for product catalog and listings)

Fashion, Beauty & Editorial Retouching

Targeted at high-end fashion brands, lookbooks, model portfolios, beauty campaigns, and creative professionals.

  • Fashion and Jewelry Retouching

  • Advanced Beauty Retouching (skin, makeup, texture refinement)

  • Headshot / Portrait Retouching

  • Fashion Photo Retouching (runway, lookbook, campaign)

  • Outdoor / Environmental Photo Retouching (lifestyle fashion shoots)

2. How to Send Files?

Clients can submit files via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, OneDrive, or  FTP. Contact us for access to private servers. Clients are responsible for submitting complete instructions before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

New Clients / First Orders:
  • A small upfront fee or sample payment is required to confirm the order and approve test images.

  • This ensures you see the quality before committing to full production.

For Projects Under $1000:
  • 40% upfront payment after sample approval and before full production.

  • Remaining 60% due within 7–14 days of final delivery.

For Projects Over $1000:
  • 50% upfront payment after sample approval and before full production.

  • Remaining 40% due within 30–60 days of final delivery.

Regular / Long-Term Clients (2nd Order Onwards):
  • No upfront payment required.
  • Payments are made monthly for all completed work.

  • Sample approval is optional unless requested.

Note: This system rewards trust and loyalty, making bulk ordering simpler and more convenient for returning clients.

4. Payment Methods

We offer secure and flexible global payment options:

  • Wise Transfer / Bank Transfer

  • Upwork and Fiverr (supports PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and other local methods)

  • Bitcoin (BTC)

Clients must be authorized users of the selected payment method. All payments should be made in USD, GBP, AUD, or EUR, as agreed.

5. Revisions & Approval

  • Clients should review work-in-progress within 48 hours.

  • Unlimited revisions are provided during the review stage, provided they remain within the original scope of work.

  • Final delivery is completed only after client approval.

Requests outside the original scope may result in additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

We aim to deliver high-quality professional services and ensure client satisfaction. Refunds are issued only under the conditions outlined below.

6.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed services within the confirmed timeframe.

  • Service not as agreed: If the delivered images do not meet the specifications provided by the client, and reasonable corrective revisions fail to resolve the issue.

Refund amounts are determined based on the project stage:

  • Before 10 images are processed: Full refund of the upfront payment.

  • After 10 images but before project completion: 50% refund of the upfront payment.

  • Once work has commenced: A minimum of 60% of the total order value is payable to cover work already performed.

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has started or samples have been approved.

  • Requests for edits or changes outside the original scope of work.

  • Minor differences in artistic style or subjective preferences (revisions are offered where applicable).

  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after final delivery.

  • After final approval and delivery of completed work.

6.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Include your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

  • Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

7. Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering high-quality results. Any identified issues during the review phase will be corrected at no extra cost. No further edits are provided after final approval.

8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • Clients retain ownership of their original images.

  • Ownership and usage rights to final edited images transfer to the client only after full payment.

  • All client materials are treated as confidential and used solely to complete the project.

  • We do not share client files with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We take reasonable measures to protect client files and information.

  • We are not liable for unauthorized access unless caused by proven negligence.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.

10. Assignment

We will not assign, outsource, or subcontract your work without your prior written approval.

12. Communication

All formal communications must be conducted via the registered email addresses of both parties. The receiving party must acknowledge receipt when requested.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

14. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and handled.
